I've just got some funds transfered into my Paypal account and as usual I'll accept the payment ASAP. But unlike normal days, today I'm having a BIG problem accepting the funds. Instead of accepting the fund at ease, I was prompted to the next page that required me to add in my US bank account, which of course I don't have.
I've sent an email to them asking them why is that happening. Hope to get a reply asap and of course to accept my hard earned money soon.
Updates: Received an email from Paypal. They asked us to retry again. This is what they said:

I'm sorry, the problem may started by our system maintenance, our
relevant department is working on it, please retry later.
We apologize for the inconvenience have caused and much appreciate for
your understanding.
