Novak Djokovic goes bananas

Novak Djokovic chomps down on a banana while his lovely girlfriend Jelena Ristic is all smile with their family dog, a caniche poodle named Pierre in Paris.

Last weekend, Djokovic won the Paris Masters 1000 tournament after beating Gael Monfils in the final.

Off season getaway photos: The Fab Four, JJ & BF, Tipsy & marriage

I'm not sure if it's just me. Looks like there are more vacation photos this year.

Here are more photos from Mauritius where Caroline Wozniacki, Agnieszka Radwanska, Urszula Radwanska and Angelique Kerber switched into relaxation mode during their off season holiday.

For more pictures, click here.

Meanwhile, Serbian Janko Tipsarevic took a big leap in his relationship with TV host girlfriend Biljana Sesevic by proposing to her during their romantic vacation in Maldives.

Yes, she has agreed to marry Tipsarevic.

Fellow Serbian Jelena Jankovic and boyfriend Mladjan Janovic also took the off season opportunity to spend a romantic weekend together in Cannes last week.

However there is no marriage announcement from the couple yet.

Finally Rafael Nadal speaks about his parents' divorce

"My parents' divorce made an important change in my life. It affected me. After that, when I can't play Wimbledon, it was tough. For one month I was outside the world." ~ Rafael Nadal

Then Nadal continued saying:

"I am OK now (on his parents' divorce) but you need time to accept. And it's more difficult to accept when you are outside home and don't know what's happening. At least the injury (his severe tendinitis) gave me time to be with my friends and family."

Ana Ivanovic: A WTA champ turns full time WAG

Ana Ivanovic has been travelling with boyfriend Adam Scott for his golf tournament for quite some time now.

She was in Singapore recently and currently spotted at the 2009 Australian Masters at Kingston Heath Golf Club.

These pictures were taken during Round 3 last Saturday.

Looks like she's enjoying being a full time WAG rather than going back to practice court to prepare for 2010.

Novak Djokovic roars in Paris

The final match could have ended earlier.

When Novak Djokovic won the fourth game in the second set, I switched channel believing that the Serbian would have win it easily. I managed to catch the third set tie-breaker though.

Djokovic walked away with a 6-2, 5-7, 7-6 (3) victory over Frenchman Gael Monfils to win the Paris Masters for the first time.

The victory gave Djokovic back-to-back ATP Tour titles after his win over top-ranked Roger Federer in Basel last Sunday.

Looks like Djokovic will be a strong favorite when he’ll try to defend his title at the eight-man ATP World Tour Finals from November 22-29 in London next week.

In the doubles final, Daniel Nestor and Nenad Zimonjic beat Spain’s Marcel Granollers and Tommy Robredo with a 6-3, 6-4 win.

Wozniacki, Radwanska caught sunbathing in Mauritius

Caroline Wozniacki, Agnieszka Radwanska, Urszula Radwanska and Angelique Kerber recently spent their off season holiday in Mauritius.
Not only that the girls were caught on bikini shots, Wozniacki and Agnieszka were also caught sunbathing on the beach!

Don't you wish you were that hand? :P

Check out the following picture. It would not surprise me if Wozniacki appears on Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue next year.

Andre Agassi bids farewell to hair piece on David Letterman show

Andre Agassi appeared on the "Late Show with David Letterman" last week to promote his memoir, Open.

Agassi began by joking about his crystal meth use in the past: "That was actually a typo in the book. I said I did math in 1997."

Alright, Agassi, that wasn't funny at all.

The highlight of the show was when his faux hair was brought out.

I'm not sure if it's just me. I don't find it funny either. Perhaps this is the last time I'm going to blog about Agassi and his book.

Rafael Nadal on CNN Talk Asia

Rafael Nadal was interviewed by CNN Talk Asia while he was in Shanghai recently.

Check out this 3-part interview conducted by John Vause.

For now, it's just off court news...

I really wanted so bad for Rafael Nadal to win yesterday's semifinal match against Novak Djokovic but it just wasn't meant to be.

Djokovic played perfectly to overpower Nadal 6-2, 6-3 to reach the Paris Masters final :(

Now let's just talk about some Nadal's off court news which I have missed last week.

Earlier this week, Nadal was honoured and presented the prestigious Serge Kampf Award from the French Academy of Sports, for his exceptional results in 2008.

His girlfriend
Maria Francisca "Xisca" Perello was in Paris and attended the award presentation.

The lovely couple was also spotted enjoying romantic stroll in Paris after dining at 'Cafe de La Paix'.

The paparazzi also caught them on camera on another unidentified occassion in Paris.
