A lawsuit filed by Richard Gasquet has been dismissed, with no finding on whether he took cocaine nor whether an outside source was responsible. Pamela, the woman who kissed him was part of the investigation was ordered to attend a drug rehabilition program after she was found to be a regular cocaine user.

- Roger Federer has pulled out of Toyko and Shanghai. He did not mention any specific reason for the withdrawals. In his website, Federer said "After consultation with my team and doctors, I decided to take the difficult decision to withdraw from both tournaments so that I can give my body a chance to rest, rehabilitate and fully recover from a physically challenging year."
- Kim Clijsters will centre her 2010 schedule around young daughter Jada and around the four Grand Slams, planning a limited program that will put family first. - Jelena Dokic's dad, Damir was sentenced to a 15-month jail term for threatening the Australian ambassador in Belgrade. The threats were made in relation to comments by Jelena in an interview with an Australian Sports & Style magazine.
Speaking about bomb threat, Jelena Dokic's father, Damir who threatened to blow up the Australian embassy in Serbia back in May has been sentenced to over a year in prison.Dokic was given 10 months in prison for phone threats made against the ambassador and seven months for illegal possession of weapons.
He is expected to serve a total sentence of 15 months.Dokic threatened the ambassdor last month after an interview with Dokic's estranged daughter Jelena appeared in an Australian publication, in which Jelena confirmed that her father had beaten her while serving as her coach on tour.The Serbian newspaper Vecernje Novosti reports that Jelena may be flying to Serbia to see her father.
This is a sad ending but it could be a new beginning for the Dokic family.

Earlier this week, Jelena Dokic revealed to Sport & Style magazine in an exclusive interview that her father, Damir, physically abused her during their relationship.
After more than a decade of speculation, and bruises seen by coaches and competitors, Jelena confirmed those rumours are indeed true.
Then yesterday, Damir who was angry with the interview has reportedly threatened to blow up the Australian embassy in Serbia over the claims by Jelena that he physically abused her.
Serbian daily Blic reported that the senior Dokic phoned the Australian office in Belgrade saying he would blow up the building and threatened to “fire a rocket” on the car of the Australian ambassador to Serbia.
In the latest update, Interior Minister Ivica Dacic confirmed that Damir has been detained in his home in northern Serbia and police has searched his house in the mountain region of Fruska Gora.
I wonder what's next... and when all these drama are going to end.
