Lleyton Hewitt: Bouncing baby on the way but Wimbledon campaign stops short

Lleyton Hewitt revealed that wife Bec Cartwright is expecting the couple's second child during the Australian Open campaign next year.

Happy mom and her baby bump.

Hewitt and his ex-television soap star wife have a daughter, Mia, who turns three last November. “Yeah, it's fantastic”, Hewitt was quoted in OK magazine from London. “Mia will be just over three when the baby arrives and we think she'll be a good little helper”, added Bec Hewitt.

Sad dad.

However Hewitt celebration stopped short after losing in the fourth round to top seed Roger Federer. Hewitt lost in straight sets 6-7, 2-6, 4-6. This means Federer has booked his place in the quarterfinal match against either Fernando Verdasco or Mario Ancic.

Wimbledon 2008: Racquet abuse

Every tennis player wants a piece of that fame and fortune and their names to be remembered in the history book of Grand Slam. The championships do not just take the physical toll out of the players but also their emotions as well.

I'm not a fan of racquet abusers but I guess I understand how frustrated these players are especially when they are playing in such a prestigious tournament like the Wimbledon.

Jurgen Melzer throws his racquet onto ground, during the third round match against Arnaud Clement. Arnaud won 4-6, 6-3, 6-4, 6-4.

Janko Tipsarevic throws his racquet, during the third round match against Dmitry Tursunov but won 7-6, 7-6, 6-3.

Dinara Safina's defeat to Shahar Peer is another upset of the day. Peer won 5-7, 7-6, 8-6.

A chair is broken after Czech' Radek Stepanek smashed on it during the match against Mikhael Youzhny. Youzhny won 7-5, 6-7, 6-4, 6-7, 6-3.

Lucky no one is hurt in these racquet abuse incidents.

Quote of the Day: Marat Safin dumps Novak Djokovic

"He's the one who has to win matches. For me, nobody expects anything."
~ Marat Safin

Probably this is the best news ever. Thank you Safinator! I've never really been a fan of Djokovic. With him out of the 2008 Championships, there's now a high possibility for us to see Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal to go head-to-head again in the Wimbledon final.

It's great to see Marat Safin, the former world no. 1, gaining back his confidence again. Perhaps his little sister, Dinara Safina inspires him to make a strong come back?

Who has bigger arms than Rafael Nadal?

Rafael Nadal is well known for his big biceps. But do you know which female player has bigger arms than him?

Eva Hrdinov has it and it's a bit scary. Well, it's not only because it looks awful but it reminds me about my very huge fat arms.

For the past week, I did not have time to blog due to adjusting my working life in the KL city, for the first time. All these while, it's always in PJ, in my comfort zone. So, now I have to wake up really early in the morning to beat the traffic and reach home late at night to avoid the traffic.

So, to kill time after work, I've decided it's best for me to go to gym and get rid of my fats. While getting my card for the free 10 trial sessions at Menara SPK yesterday, I saw Robb Chew of Nuffnang who is registering for the first time too. I said hi and he's very friendly too. This morning, I went for my first session of weight training and saw him again.

Now I'm very tired from the RPM class in the evening. So that's all folks, goodnight!
