Singapore Women’s Tennis Exhibition (SWTE) is set to bring 6 WTA tennis players for an exciting 3-day knock-out tournament, on 16th to 18th December 2011.
They are US Open Women’s Single Champion Samantha Stosur, world no. 8 Agnieszka Radwanska, Italian favourite Flavia Pennetta, hottie Daniela Hantuchova, Spanish player Anabel Medina Garrigues and Asia’s Peng Shuai.
The tickets are available for purchase from SISTIC.
The last time Singapore organised a women's tennis exhibition was back in 2007 that featured Maria Sharapova and Anna Chakvetadze.

Tennis babes trade court time for the beach in Sports Illustrated 2009 swimsuit issue
Grab a copy of the Sports Illustrated 2009 swimsuit issue this week because Daniela Hantuchova, Maria Kirilenko and Tatiana Golovin are the latest tennis babes who posed for the magazine.
The three players spent five days on a secluded beach of Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic for their photo shoot, which was photographed by Walter Iooss Jr.
Here are some of my favourites.

Serena Williams bagels Dinara Safina; wins 10th Grand Slam title

I'm disappointed because Dinara Safina let Serena Williams dominated from the start till the end to win 6-0, 6-3 in the Australian Open final.
This is Serena's 10th Grand Slam title and her fourth Australian championship — and this also means her return to the no. 1 ranking!

What a way for her to start the new year!

Which tennis beauty waves the racket better?
I must say, WOW! The spectators at the 2008 Australian Open are fortunate because all the top tennis beauty queens are in the semifinals.
We have Ana Ivanovic, Maria Sharapova, Daniela Hantucova and Jelena Jankovic. I know some of you might not agree with me that Jankovic is beautiful but like it or not, a lot of people regard her as one.
So, we'll see which tennis beauty queen can wave her racquet better than waving to the crowd.
Ana Ivanovic is my favourite choice to win this Grand Slam. If she can beat Venus Williams in straight sets, she has no problem doing the same to the other 3 semifinalists.
She waves her hand better than the other girls but somehow I think she's not going to take the Australian Open this year.
Jelena Jankovic is a very talented player. Most likely to win the Grand Slam too. I wonder if her acting skill (she wants to be an actress) is as good as her tennis.
It's a surprise that Daniela Hantucova can come this far. But I don't see her going anywhere further than here.
